摘要:•The first experimental data related to the particle size distribution in a Polish hard coal mine have been presented.•The method of evaluation of radioactive size distribution based on ambient particle size distribution has been proposed.•The evaluated dose conversion factors corresponding to occupational exposure are bigger than recommended values.•The doses corresponding to the particle size distributions are bigger than related to the recommended conversion factors.
